Not uncommon for enterprise to search for young talents that can lead the company from schools. Student leaders today, often end up being business leader tomorrow.

Can this be achieved by just 3 rounds of test, back by academic and co-curriculum activities achievement? I shan�t comment further.
To be very least, give them a chance to work in the company, let them feel the stress and work responsibility, and not just judge them by the application form or the interviews.
If all a leader needs is talk well and write well, the world would be a very different place from what we know now, one that we are not living in now.
